Bold call when Rempe is (checks) still in the league (if on suspension counts) but Haula's in the conversation.Haula is maybe the biggest piece of garbage in the league.
At least when he plays usBold call when Rempe is (checks) still in the league, but he's in the conversation.
Rempe is just reckless careless and unskilled. Haula is a garbage human being.Bold call when Rempe is (checks) still in the league, but he's in the conversation.

I wish these weren't Candy Canes but as usual, they just keep letting this stuff happen. Someone should have sent Haulas teeth into 2025 a few days ahead of his body.Haula is maybe the biggest piece of garbage in the league.
How do the Canes not target that piece of shit and send him a message for good. It’s not even like the guy is scary or tough, just run the guy and send him the message that his childish Canes hate and anger is just going to end for good. I have to agree with Kahuna that how do you let that dirtbag run around for free like that with no repercussions?Haula is maybe the biggest piece of garbage in the league.
I thought he returned and looked good to go late third?Really hope Necas is alright
He did... But doesn't mean there isn't damage.. Knees don't tend to naturally flex like that.I thought he returned and looked good to go late third?
I liked his style once he got up.. pull at a guy let go, go to bench get towel wipe blood go after Haula.. take 2mI'm glad Orlov got the 1st star. He took a nasty shot by Haula but then came right back at him.
I was thinking the same thing. He's still not great defensively, but he has Chatfield to bail him out when he plays too aggressively or gets bottled up. I think he's settled into Rod's system and can really deliver a hard hit and a lethal shot. Also, I liked seeing the fire in him and his reaction after Haula's dirty head hit.I was often critical of Orlov, but he’s grown on me and I am glad he is a Hurricane. He’s always been dynamic on the offensive end of the ice, but he’s done much better this year picking his spots and playing much better defensively.
He's noticeably slower and appears lacking in both aggressiveness and confidence.I really am beginning to wonder if Svetch’s knee is still not back to where it was, or may never be. Scoring aside, he just doesn’t seem to be able to accelerate to “ramming speed” and many times just looks like he’s playing catchup on defense. Disappointing.
IMO it was building throughout the second period. NJ played a really good first period, but they lost control of the flow of possession and chances over the course of the second. By the time Orlov finally put one past Allen it seemed absolutely inevitable. From there all hell broke loose, but honestly, I think that's more on Meier's punk crap than anything else. His attempt to murder Necas in the middle of the ice didn't go as planned and it completely backfired as an effort to fire his team up ... assuming that's even what it was. Instead, the Devils did a lot of childish running around while Carolina scored goals. Congrats, dumbass. Their post game pantomime of trying to blame Necas for jaking was equally childish. That's what you get when you hire yet another buffoon of a coach. I'm not even getting into Huala. The less said about that idiot the better.Gotta admit that I didn’t see that finish coming. Such a tight game for two periods. The crowd was the loudest it’s been for a little while. Agree that Orlov has really grown on me too. Would be a great playoff series. The teams clearly don’t like each other. I really am beginning to wonder if Svetch’s knee is still not back to where it was, or may never be.
