We deserved the win, but we sure didn't make it easy. Lots of opportunities - mostly missed opportunities. As bad as our PP is (and it truly stinks) at least we were able to enter the zone and set it up - which was in stark contrast to the Oiler game. But watching us slowly and predictably pass the puck around the half circle with little foot movement is beyond painful. After years of this, I don't expect anything different, unfortunately.

That is the way Jeff Daniels played offense. Slow, predictable, no creativity, easily stopped.

Meh. Carolina generated more than enough chances to win that one fairly comfortably, despite that being a game between two teams on bad form looking to defend their way out of slumps. Wolf was really sharp (very impressed with his athleticism) and the Canes boofed up a couple of chances, as they tend to do when they're pressing.

Not only no goals, but only 7 shots, 4 from Moose, 2 each in the 1st and 3rd, 2 from Aho, both in the 1st, 1 by Jarvis in the 2nd

The passing is too slow, decisions take too long and are often bad ones, the don't make the defense move at all, they need to get guys on the ice together in position to go forehand; there really isn't anything good you can say about it.
