Two line matchups made a huge difference last night ... Staal's group just hammering Toronto's top line and Drury's 4th line skating circles around the Leafs' depth line combos. The rest held their own after they somehow got their mess together after that horrid start, but those two matchups tilted heavily to the home team all night. Good on the boys for collecting their wits after the rough start, too. That ain't the easiest thing to do, even at home.
Speaking of the 4th line ... anybody else well past being ready to see Drury back on Necas' line? Kotkaniemi is working hard, but his decision making with the puck is just all over the place all the time. Drury isn't so much a better player as he is just more conventional, so the other guys know where he's going with the play.
