Best game Burns and Orlov have played in weeks!

Honest question…at what point should everyone expect more from 96? You’re left wanting more based on talent and expectations no? Not piling on just this team needs more from him as we go along here.

Over the last 2 games, Svech regained the team lead in PIM. But if you take away the fighting major against Calgary, he’d be tied with Aho and KK on 42 PIM. And prior to the major, he hadn’t had a penalty since January 21. And before that, it was December 31.

Honestly? After training camp.

His advanced stats are all better now than in Colorado (last I checked during 4 nations), he's just got a crap shooting % right now, and his line's have had close to zero puck luck. Rants will be fine, but with the psychological mess he's likely dealing with due to an unexpected trade and the pressure to perform? I'm not surprised it's taking a while.

Watching him play (ignore points) he's doing all the right things most of the time, and the times he isn't I think are adapting to the system.
