This team wasn’t as good as the first 20 games indicated…no desperation in their game and almost unrecognizable in the style of play. Falling back down to earth if you will.
 
At this point, I'm just glad for the win. Win ugly, win beautiful, I don't care, just get the two points.

Yeah ... they weren't as good as their first 20 games, but they're not as bad as their last 10 either. Most of what I saw last night was mental breakdowns, and that's not really who this team is. They're pressing and frustrated and those things will eventually pass.

Depends on what they're trying to do with the callup. If they want to keep Kotkaniemi on the 2nd line for a bit, then you probably call up Jost to play on the 4th line. If they want an offensive player on that line while KK stays with the grinders, then maybe Suzuki finally gets a look.
 
Memo to KK ... you already flunked this audition once this season. Time to put your head down and get the job done for real.
