Yeah. Great shot, but he's not using him. He's a good passer, but he's keeping things too simple. Good hands but lacks confidence. Can be a force in the corner for puck retrieval and protection, but he doesn't always know how to use his body. He's an ok skater, but could use power skating lessons.

Main issue is confidence right now.

Slaf’s game has improved a lot over last week, simply as a result of keeping his feet moving, there’s been incremental improvement.

After a hot start Cooley’s getting 12-13 TOI and struggling - I get it, Slaf was a 1OA and with it come expectations, unfortunately it was one of the weakest top-5 draft cuvées since at least 2012, and dare I say 2000 because I don’t think either Jirecek or Nemec will be as good as Morgan Reilly is
