I want Marty to have a good eye on Heineman. He needs to be noted. Sometimes a guy just passes a bunch of other players who had greater hype at one time, and turns into a gem. Not likely the case here, perhaps. But we don't want to lose a guy into the flotsam and jetsam by assuming he isn't all that much just yet.

Heineman deserves second line duty over Dach recently. This is the year to see what we have. Ultimately I think he's a good third line guy but give him 5-8 games of solid top six time to see if he has more.

Lehkonen had more and most of us knew it but was only up top after injury and then he wasn't playing with talent.
