GDT: Game #30, VS Vancouver, Friday, March 19th, 7:00EST

At this point they might want to consider spending a full practice on 3-3 situations.
They could probably do this better when they were kids playing shinny out on a frozen pond. Maybe they should hold practice on an outdoor rink and have at it.

tonight may have not been pretty but they obviously followed a designed strategy

Habs keep possession of the puck, changing their own players while they have the puck, and attacking when they sense the other team is tired....

I'm not sure it's that clever though, since our players get tired too by the time a chance presents itself (Petry last game, Josh tonight)

I'm pretty sure the team said that they haven't practiced 3-3 besides videos, well it's more than time now.

We got beat 1 on 2 this time, both Tatar and Suzuki were fresh. You want to put 3 forwards on the ice, that's what you get.

IMO, they are overthinking it. They are starting with Dano to win the draw...and then try to outmatch the opponent

fuk that, put your best players on the ice and attack

Habs need to find a LD version of Petry to play w Weber, will allow the rest to fall into place, and Evans is in way over his head

Sure, but we can't say we don't have a guy with the talent of JT Miller on the team, we're not talking about Matthews or McDavid here.

You just need to bury your chance -- Petry failed the other night; Josh tonight. It's not that complicated.

They are, and who can blame them after being 0-9. We got the first scoring chance the last 2 games. Petry, Drouin, Toffoli, Anderson, Suzuki and Tatar were sent to the ice, those are our best players, with KK and Gallagher.

that's 3 on 3, if you miss your chance, the other team gets an odd man rush

during the last two games, we got the first chance...

Isn't that the most the coaching staff can do? We can't make players convert their chances. Or have our goalie make ONE save?
