Brodie shouldn't have been penalized from the scrum where he was, but otherwise yeah, pretty reasonable. Pretty sure the ref in the zone only had the Tampa guy and then the neutral zone ref added Brodie late.

Hedman and McCabe were clearly initiators when they were selected, so fair enough. I think more of that puts an end to the Lightning's shenanigans in scrums.

The OT PP was legit too, as were most of the other calls.

Although fuck Stamkos for being such a diving baby when Willy took him out.
 
I know he's old, I know people will bitch during the regular season but if ROR gets you to at least the ECF? You gotta resign him. Never seen such resolve as I did in the third period out of the Leafs and I just have to think ROR and yes Schenn have something to do with that in the room. Maybe the crazy like a fox move to get Schenn was for the room too. 🤷‍♂️

I dont believe in superstitions, and have always mocked the entire concept….including saying “I can’t believe we’re in the second round boys.” during the second period intermission of Leafs-Bruins. (Yes that one). While making similar remarks after going up 3-1 Vs the Habs.

Last night after the second period I said to multiple friends “we’re not winning this series, I’m afraid. They have our number.”

As such, I will be leaving that as the final message from me in all those chats, until this series is officially over. 🤐

Lightning fans didn't. You guys "deserved at least ten" additional calls per Josh from Tavares (the town).

You guys got this. Yeah I know but I don't feel it like you guys feel it. Pure opinion based on what I've witnessed and what I saw in the third last night never have I seen out of the Leafs. My hockey opinion still stands, getting ROR will break that jinx because he doesn't believe in any of that crap.
 
Thought there was a trip on Mo that went uncalled early in OT, but it was a 50-50 play and the guy went down easy. And then the refs missed the high stick on willy before the goal, which evened that non call out.
