GDT - Game 5, Round 1 - A GDT Sweep for WellPlayed

wonder if Jeannot's still hurt, Cooper is tired of his antics, or they just like Eyssimont's offence better.

I go with option one myself, but then again, if that were the case it wouldn't make sense for him to stay on the ice.

or if it's all much ado about nothing

They traded an entire draft for him.

I still don’t get the Jeannot trade at all, but I’ll save my mockery until if and when these guys are done and dusted.

Until then I’m still half expecting him to come out of nowhere and score a hat trick in the third period of game seven.

Also, our lines game 5 against the Habs:

Hyman - Matthews - Marner
Galchenyuk - Kerfoot - Nylander
Mikheyev - Engvall - Simmonds
Thornton - Brooks - Spezza

Christ, was that bottom-6 ever an abortion. Three vets who by that stage were basically unplayable. Plus an AHL center in Brooks and two wingers cosplaying as our 2nd & 3rd line centers.

Not to mention the Hab secret agent on the left side of our second line.

It’s the middle six that was much more the problem. Tavares, ROR, Bunting/Jarny over Kerf, Galch, Simmonds. That is massive.
