I was at game 6 of the 94 final in Vancouver when the Canucks scored but the puck came out so fast the refs didn't notice. The play carried on and eventually the Rangers scored. At that point they looked at the replay, realized that Vancouver had scored and wiped out the Rangers goal and all the time on the clock was put back.
