GDT Game 74: @ Buffalo, Monday, March 27, 7PM EST

On topic, I was recently reading recently a book about the 72 series and I got a kick out of this line:

Esposito was encouraging Sinden, early in the series when things weren't going well, to stick with a set lineup instead of ensuring all the players got into some games. Harry said to Phil ,however, that he had promised to give all the players at least a chance in the series at the beginning. Phil responded "Well, I promised my wife I wouldn't fuck around, but I did".

Hadn't heard that one before, or if so, I had forgotten. It struck me quite funny. It didn't say, but I am assuming he was referring to an earlier wife, from whom I think he had already split at the time..

I’m almost positive Chris Rock said it first — I saw him do the bit live and he was referencing Bill Clinton.

PS: Bill Maher is a hack as a standup
I remember Maher making a similar joke in another standup show where he said that when it comes to pussy, for men there are only two kinds: old and new. Then he specifically referenced Hugh Grant being married to Liz Hurley but getting a blowjob from Divine Brown, who he said looked like Marvin Hagler.

Approximately the 38:20 mark. From 1999.

always whitewashing the black man shame

I love listening to Phil doing radio games. Half the time is asleep, the other half he is bitching about Sergadick doing something stupid or Kucherov not working
