You have to wonder if Carolina will rest people though. Also, would they rather face Columbus than these sieves? I think not. Columbus plays much heavier.

It's weak shots from the D. Only Xhekaj and Matheson can get pucks through. Savard, Hutson, Carrier, Guhle (medium), Struble all weak shots or dumb shot selection.

Then in the shootout Demidov should have been either first or third to shoot. There's no pressure for him. He just fucking got here and already had 2 points despite being saddled with Newhook. Let the star be the star. What are you saving him for?

We need to accept the fact that this team is a fraud. If it can't beat fucking Chicago in a must win game, at home, it's a fraud. If it has to back into the playoffs on the last day of the season it's a fraud.

They are going to miss the playoffs because, in 2 games versus the shitty Blackhawks, they only garnered one measly point out of a possible 4 points.

That's the fucking season right there. Any team that can't beat Chicago is fucking garbage, full stop. They should have just tanked from the get-go and got another top 5 pick.
