Can you imagine after the deadline? If it was possible to lose more than 1 game at a time, this team could manage it.

I have never seen such a bleak period in Leaf history and I have been following these guys for a long time. Its nice that they are figuring out a few things, but heck, we are in a league where almost every team now has figured it out as well, and much earlier.

Heck I think Arizona, Carolina and ourselves are going to be going for the first overall pick for at least two years, possibly three.

I personally think once they unload all the floaters and primas even the AHL talent will win a lot more games.

Who cares how it's possible...if we have to suck, suck hard.

I ****ing hate tanking, but at least these clowns are doing it right if it has to happen.

Completely agreed, not complaining at all.

Just mystified at how they can achieve this feat, and whether they can actually continue it for another 20 games. I mean, can we really go like 5 and 35 to end the season?? It's ****ing unbelievable.

The only downside is the negative impact all this losing could be having on guys like Rielly, Gardiner, JVR, and Kadri.

This is a huge, huge "loss" if we can "hold on."

It puts Carolina just two points away with two games in hand.

Based on what we know about Rielly, he's going to be pissed off and spend all summer in the gym. Hopefully the rest of the young guys follow him.

New Jersey won as well, and they're now four points ahead of us. Good night for the tank.
