Myers moves the puck and skates much better than I would have thought. He must be brain dead to not be able to stick in the NHL at 6’5 righty.

Not a whole lot of surprises tonight tbh. The guys we expect to be in the NHL looked like NHL players (Pontus didn't have a great night, but whatev). Career minor leaguers looked like career minor leaguers (including the lesser Nylander unfortunately, though he was fine). Goaltending was real gud, which is nice considering it was our maybe 1A and our top prospect tonight. Kids looks like kids, though Grebo had some sexy flashes.

The only things I took from that game are Hilldeby and Stolarz are good, Holmberg is willing to be get dirty to play under Berube, and Myers is probably this years Lagesson.

And Stolarz might be real gud. Hilldeby made some more athletic saves, but Stolarz is just so technically sound. Always in a good spot and his pads are so quick. And when he's in his butterfly his head is still above the bar.
