Hughes seems to sit on his hangs more than Bergevin, he let his heart rule last year re Savard and we will be lucky to get a player of Wehave's calibre back.

I don't think they bother looking at small sample sizes like that.

and that's the biggest issue going forward....you need a bonafide center to play with Demidov and Laine...

The goaltending and defense is ok going forward.....but still same issue at center for past 30+ years

given how shitty he is compared to his contract cost, shouldn't expect a lot

Disagree. He’s paid like a lower level 1C but he’s probably a 2C. I’d think they would ask for Reinbacher or Hage in return.
