Roger Grillo works w MSL to establish Xs & Os - Marty made that clear in preseason

That's my impression as well. Now I'm sure that guys like Letowski and Robidas are working with the players on how to execute the system, but I don't think they're the masterminds behind it.

Development is often non linear. But I found it weird that he came out the 4 nations break looking to play with piss and vinegar, did so for a while, and then reverted to this weirdly catatonic style.
