If Bernie Federko, Clark Gillies and Gerry Cheevers can be Hall of Famers, Price needs to be in on the first ballot.
I wouldn’t put him on the first ballot , 31 has missed too many games and has done squat post MVP year to earn any honours
Make him sweat a few years

It’s the “Hockey” HOF, not NHL HOF
Overall hockey accomplishments matter, CHL goalie of the year, WJC G of the tournament + AHL Calder Cup MVP + NHL Vezina & MVP
There has been no G in the history of the game who so dominated at every level…. which is the true definition of “generational talent” afterall

Once Hockey Canada deems you an automatic 1st line starter for all their tournaments like Weber & Price were from the time they were 16 till retirement in mid-30s after a long & successful NHL career as 1st liners… you are a guaranteed 1st ballot HOFer
