Grant it I've only seen Dubois play maybe 8-10 times. He just seems lazy and not much drive. But again only a handful of games I've seen. Just don't jump out as anything more than a 3rd liner at this point. But again who knows. The kid is young.

He has almost the same amount of points as Oshie, same age, and rumors are Oshie will cash between 6.5 to 7.5, big difference is Oshie scored almost twice of him so his agent should be out of his mind asking for 7.5 for 18 goal scorer(despite his great passing ability but he is winger before anything else).

5.5 X 5 sounds like reasonable, i am Ok with 6 X 5 and worse case 6 X 6, but in both cases is overpaid on amount or length or both(but i guess we have no other choice).

They have both. Though dont hand out the second on nearly every goal like nhl

He was fourth in the league for defenceman assists.

5th in defence scoring overall

I saw some pretty good clips of Jerabek handling the puck -- he deked an entire team in one of them.

Lars Eller looked like Gretzky and Mario in those 2 minute highlight videos of him from the SEL before he came over. Just saying.

Still not a sure thing, but one thing to look at is that Jerabek had more points as a dman than Sekac had as a forward.

Good old Canadian boy Steve Yzerman led the Red Wings to all those cups in the 80s and 90s.

Once the Russians joined the Red Wings in the mid 90s, they ruined everything and the Wings never won again.

You just can't win with Russians in key roles.
