To all who participate on the board, whether regular poster or regular lurker, I wish all of you a safe and healthy end to 2025 and beginning to 2026. This has been a bit of a weird one in Hurricanesville, but you can’t say it wasn’t an interesting ride. May 2026 bring more stuff to talk about, more Ws and maybe, just maybe, better health for the boys.

Remember your luck (greens, preferably collards) and money (black eyed peas) tonight. And remember to keep safe and make good choices if you’re doing one of those big celebrations.

If you do laundry today/tonight, don't wash your bed linens. Save those for the weekend. Also, as NYE is one of the two big amateur nights of the year, just stay off the roads. Too many amateur drinkers are going to overdo it tonight and get behind the wheel of their car. Godspeed friends.
