Health question

Those guys make really great teas. Their kombucha is probably my favourite pre bagged green tea.
Give that one a try. I have one a day and after about a week I started noticing a big difference in regular aches. Sometimes I'll have a second.

I was actually referring to the type of supplement, and not necessarily the branding. Also why its important to research what’s being backed by different science based reports. I just grabbed the first one that came up with some decent options. There’s a good reason why certain things are popular and last a long time at the top of the supplement chain. If you eat a balanced diet rich with nutrients from many different whole food sources, supplements are good but not a must. If you don’t eat well in certain areas then getting a good regimen is so important. Antioxidants are key. Anything that helps boost the immune system and gets absorption for the important minerals up is great too.

I drink Turmeric Tea daily and take Turmeric supplements. It helps me greatly.

I find the tea very helpful and fast acting.

Leaving Canada for warmer climes helps too.
Blend. My fav is Yogi brand.

Thumb added for zeke.

trying it for the first time (they deliver to Thailand so got this, ginger and green tea) - doesn’t take like shit - so thanks. Hopefully feel something from it that’s positive haha

That’s what I always shoot for, the doesn’t taste like shit aspect I mean.

You visiting or expat?

Nomad life - doing a lot more Thailand to start after I was supposed to go to Argentina to start this and they closed the borders on me last minute. Stayed here before so was familiar with fight street (where like ufc fighters go to train), great health care if I got covid, good rehab for all my back procedures I had during covid and knew they wouldn’t close the border on me. So roughly 1.25 years here then will start seeing where I want to go next. Figure kinda wait out the covid thing to make it easier to travel again hopefully. Argentina is likely next or Portugal/Italy if not. Was just offered a 40 hour/week contract last week from one of my clients where they are cool with me travelling + on top of my other main part time clients. So at last starting to feel job security that I can more think ahead with this in a five year sense.

Apparently, I am a really great exec recruiter? So if ppl need help - I guess that’s becoming more my gig vs the CFO stuff that will be more a side thing cause I still enjoy that.
