Give that one a try. I have one a day and after about a week I started noticing a big difference in regular aches. Sometimes I'll have a second. Those guys make really great teas. Their kombucha is probably my favourite pre bagged green tea.
I was actually referring to the type of supplement, and not necessarily the branding. Also why its important to research what’s being backed by different science based reports. I just grabbed the first one that came up with some decent options. There’s a good reason why certain things are popular and last a long time at the top of the supplement chain. If you eat a balanced diet rich with nutrients from many different whole food sources, supplements are good but not a must. If you don’t eat well in certain areas then getting a good regimen is so important. Antioxidants are key. Anything that helps boost the immune system and gets absorption for the important minerals up is great too.
