Be prepared at some point though to force someone to sell their house. That is not a lot of fun. I used to do it a lot. But seeing kids crying got me out of the game. And the wife too.

What I would suggest, if we get a massive raise in rates, is buy an annuity I made 4 million dollars once when I was in my twenties and a guy suggested I buy an annuity. I laughed at him.

Ain't laughing now. Rates were high back then, like really high lol I would have been set for life, with one stroke of a pen. But rates are too low to do that now imo. You have to be more on the case now. U might get something silly for a million, like 30k a year.

If it was 100k a year would be interesting right? But that is not available in Canada.

Here's the fake relief bounce. I predicted we'd get about 2% here. Meaningless and proves nothing. This needed to happen if the market were to see another leg down so we'll see how it reacts after this action.
 
We got a fake print at the top indicating 307 SPY. It hasn't hit that yet. But I got a fake print of 322 yesterday on think or swim.

How often do these fake prints work? Man, so often, so spooky.

MOTA on cse is halted today btw, opening up at some point today. For news release.
 
Market went as low as 3090 ES overnight, so it was normal for it to test that level. SPX got down to 3110 a few minutes ago.

Fiddy cents or fifty cents, what does this guy know? Something for sure. And he is smart enough to lose initially. FOr a week or so.
