Hey Nerds: Blockchain

Caught a quick 15 point SPX liquidation off that data…. Kept a short runner for something spicier

More correcting today on the names that outperformed last week while Thumb still sorta holds $15. For now. Overlaying the Thumb chart vs Cresco, Verano, Ayr, Jush, PLTH, etc makes it quite easy to see the arbitrage. But the gaps are closing as the outperforming names continue to slowly pullback today. Thumb never necessarily had to blast for this to fulfill itself but the downside protection is there for now.

Re Font Factory. There’s 5x more volume on the US side. That’s how I usually play that stuff

Yeah historically the Canadian side has had more volume but I should have checked what the volume was like leading into rebalance week. I just did and TLDR: it was actually fairly comparable between the two. This week is a bit of an anomaly. Would have been hard to predict it would have received so much more volume than the Canadian product. But it's fine. Quick 29%. Not quite 30% though. 30 sounds way better. Big fail.

We are now seeing many equities on a path to erasing the artificial rebalance gains of last week. Still a long way to go for most of the names tho. I exited Thumb as soon as it lost yesterdays low but I'm still gonna scout an entry there. It's holding up pretty well.

JUSH down 14% from rebalance highs
PLTH down 13%
Cresco down 14%
CBST down 10%
Verano down 9%
MRMD down 26%
AAWH down 13%

Thumb, TRUL, CURA: still in the range they were in all of last week. But eventually the dam can break. Worst case scenario occurred. Instead of the big names "catching up" by blasting, they're "catching up" by not dumping as hard!
