No matter what I say or believe about the risk involved, nothing compares to the reward in playing SOL for the last 12 months. Twas' a great trade for those 4-5 days and would have been almost unbeatable if we played it over the past 12 months. I was tempted knowing the Verano situation several months ago but I could never sleep at night holding SOL. As you like to say, emotional capital is important.I never felt comfy holding that DeFrancesco tinged paper --- but it was a great 4-5 day trade
I've bought and sold CCHW like 5000 times in the last two weeks as it has traded in a ~12% range. It's back to being a relatively large position again. Now that earnings are coming up this month my hands will be a touch more diamondy this time around.
It surprisingly held on strong the last few days as the market was weak. If you look at their performance from November on, they're basically on par with the big 4. IMO they have the chance to significantly outperform them moving forward if they get their shit together. For me, that was always their appeal for playing them; otherwise I would have just played Thumb and the others if they would be tick for tick with each other. Big report coming up for them. Need to continue to see that incremental improvement.Big position for me too....but slipping in my rankings only because the competition like AYR and CURA actually hold on to their gains
Not worried about CCHW....if they wet the bed this earnings report, I'll sell and move on

I say this constantly because I can't contain myself from being such a loser nerd but Vext, being as profitable as they are, are such an amazing buyout target. It makes me giddy. I'd love to see someone like Trulieve buy them and take over Arizona.
She will. I agree. I had thumb pegged for Vext in my prediction last year but Kim grabbing C21 and Vext would be a cute little setup with their small operations in California as well. That would be lovely....but I feel like Kim is going to want to stay on the East Coast...but I have nothing to back that up
