Sooner or later, Babs has to realize that Hyman has lost what he had earlier in the season. He's dragging that line down, big time.
 
That's three games in a row that the Leafs reversed the earlier trend. Two third period one-goal leads held and an OT winner. Things are looking up.

Guy was off the ice 30 seconds before the puck went it. That takes skill.

Big, big win. Exorcising demons the last three games. Holding two leads and winning one in OT.

i agree that it's time to move hyman off that line and see if another winger can spark matthews a bit. but it's not fair to say he's dragging the line down. matthews isn't playing well right now- no use in denying it. hyman, obviously, can't support that because he lacks the talent, which is why i'd move him off that line. but matthews needs to play better than he has.

he'll find his legs again soon and go on a nice run. but he hasn't been effective the past handful of games.


anyways, big winner from rielly. hopefully that sparks him a bit.

marner's such an incredible talent; though im' sure babs told him toe drag less/shoot more - he blew 2 good scoring chances toe dragging. might not have needed OT.

and gotta hand it to bozak... he's been really good the past few games. he's really picked up the slack of with matthews labouring. great hard work on the back check, chipping in some offense. been good to see.

and the 4th line was great tonight.
