Who’s paying me for my proposed services? BTW, I think we’d prevail. Unlike the NFL, the NHL does not have a statutory anti-trust exemption. The only caveat is that the Habs are a Canadian team, not subject to American anti-trust law and its protections (I don’t know anything about Canadian anti-trust law).

We really don't have anti trust law, every once in a while, our competition bureau flexes its muscles and fucks with a company but basically we are all monopolies up here
