It's a Joshua Roy thing.
When he was still with the Habs and there was an optional skate in Brossard on an off day, Hutson, WiFi, Pezz, and a handful of others showed up. Roy didn't. He doesn’t care enough. He either thinks he's owed something or he's happy being a minor leaguer. He's not showing a willingness to go above or beyond and those comments by Vincent should not be misunderstood. What he's saying is that Roy is out of shape and needs to work harder.
What he's also saying is that Roy needs to show management that he actually wants to be an NHLer.
