Yeah, if we break it out into tiers by which year/age they were

Tier 1:

Tavares

Tier 2:

McDavid, Rossi, Seguin

Tier 3:

Cowan, Marner, Debrincat, Johnston, Hodgson

Tier 4:

Perry, Trochek, Wolski, Azevedo, Ellis, Houser, Kyrou, UPL, Maggio


If you look at the top 3 tiers, the only real miss was Hodgson and that has more to do with the health conditions and injuries than anything else. Tier 4 is hit and miss, but the hits are good enough to be exicted about regardless.

Eh dunno, still prefer Kampf and Gregor playing 20 minutes a game rather than kids I don’t trust. Hope Robertson learned something watching yesterday.
