You can definitely tell the sun worshippers. They resemble wallets. I kid. Some did the whole great skincare thing too so it’s not horrible, but you can tell those who worked on not getting lots of exposure

I wear a giant Tilly hat and cover my body with 75+SPF when I'm near the sun and even wear a swim shirt for the pool/beach (I dress like an old woman in the outdoors). I have almost no wrinkles. There's no point to tanning at all. It goes away on my face within 48 hours. Sun ages you so bad, as does losing your hair.
Tilley hat+Sunscreen+Hair transplants are the key.
