It's just crazy how many people are in this boat. Absolutely batshit fucking insane.
It's always been sick, but at least you could kind of understand it when he was president, or even in the immediate aftermath of saying let him appeal all the voting stuff.
But to still be doing it now, and publicly fawning over him and lying so brazenly, we really need a new word in the dictionary because craven and cowardly just don't do justice to these disgraceful clowns.

From what I watched of the interview, he actually does say that his "special operation" started because of NATO's expansion. If the first hour I watched, it very much sounded like he had made certain deals with Europe and the US which were then disregarded which led him to the "special operation."
I'm not saying what he's saying is true, however it is not correct to say that Putin never made the link between NATO's expansion and his invasion of Ukraine.

The irony being that Ukraine had no plans to join NATO before the war. They wanted to join the EU and that’s really what freaked out the mafiosi in the Kremlin.

The Magaverse will try to ignore and explain it all away but that didn't go the way they were expecting at all. The weird and obviously inaccurate history lesson instead of catapulting the narratives they prefer, the obvious mockery directly in the face of their intrepid reporter doing the things other journalists are afraid of doing. Putin instead of appearing to be the aloof, in control strongman came off like a jaded ex girlfriend mad that "the west" doesn't really appreciate him and the entire time Tucker sat there in perpetual confused Tucker Face tapping out like a bitch when Vlad clearly wanted to keep talking.
