A tourbillon is the most sought after "common" complication in the watch world (there are some insane custom perpetual calendar pieces that get done as collectors items by the luxury watch makers from time to time). A big reason behind that though is that once upon a time only the top watchmakers had the craftsmanship to make them. Shit has changed though because China is China. Like every other industry, the Chinese watch industry has bought copies of swiss watches, reverse engineered them and offer those same complications at rock bottom prices
