I'm serious about some stuff, less serious about others.

But that Trump and Epstein were close friends while Epstein was operating his...whatever the fuck that gross shit was...isn't a controversial piece of information. We know they were close, by Trump's own admission. Were they as close as Epstein claimed? Dunno, sure seems like it though according to people who knew both of them at the time. That Trump himself made remarks about Epstein liking girls on the young end of things, again public record with a direct quote from Trump on the matter. Clearly the idea of Epstein spending time with young girls didn't bother Trump either, they hung out for a number of years after the Trump comments were made. Trump visited his island where a lot of the shit went down, also known, public record.

I'm dead serious about all of that. It's all public record, it's all direct quotes. Analyzing what any of that means about Trump though is where we stray into opinions. I know what I think, but can't directly prove any of it. There's a definite pattern of behavior in his life though. A lot of sexual assault allegations, rape allegations, unwanted sexual advance allegations. But that together with his Epstein relationship and believing he was involved in far worse than we know isn't crazy in the least.

Now, I'm not saying that Trump had him whacked. There were other people whose lives would be much less complicated if Epstein never had the chance to testify. But Trump is definitely one of those people whose life was made less complicated by Epstein getting whacked. Shit, just these recorded conversations that came out this week speak to the truth of that.
