Pittsburgh is current +2.5 over 2020, Delaware County is +6, Philly is -1.3 but we're talking 83% to 81.7% and with a big increase in voters over 2020. Montgomery up 7 points as well. Voting still open, things can change but Philly (and are) looks like it's trying to carry the state.
