We need to grow ties with like minded countries. EU/Canzuk/Latin America/ASEAN

That is a pretty massive set of mostly ideologically aligned power centres there. The big mob bosses all have pretty deep problems of their own that a united resistence can pretty easily deal with.

Remember the example of Luigi. We saw wealthy America hold their collective breath for about a week solid after that assassination. Despite all of the bravado and bullshit, deep down they know that they're the same fragile bags of meat the rest of us are. Take a few of their luminaries off of the census and they'll get a lot more reasonable, very quickly.
