All last year I warned anyone and everyone on my socials and those I encountered in person that Trump is a fascist who was definitely going to impose a dictatorship. And everyone told me I was being melodramatic. That Trump wasn't really a fascist and that since "nothing" happened last time he was POTUS, nothing would happen this time and in 4 years he would be gone regardless.
And, of course, Count added the caveat that even if Trump did go full fascism there would be nothing we can do about it anyway so we just need to accept it and not offer any resistance lest it spoil his vacation plans.
Well, by the time July 4th rolls around this year, a lot of people on my timeliness are going to be laughing out the other side of their faces. Trump is doing precisely as I said he would and nothing short of bloodshed will stop it.

Newsom wants to build a massive Delta tunnel — a mind-boggling 36 feet in diameter — to pump more water south from the Sacramento River. Gavin's not my most hated person, but he's irritated the hell out of me. Water's been a fight between NorCal & SoCal forever. Damaging the salmon industry is not a good thing. And I really didn't appreciate "Dotard" turning on central valley faucets (dams) to (try to) get water to SoCal. It went into the ground bc there aren't transport means to SoCal for it. So Gavin's podcast jam isn't a surprise. He's done some good stuff, but man! Other stuff has been kinda dumb. There are many, many links bc the salmon thing's been going on awhile. Exhausting.
