Sigh. Well, San Diego was a stout Republican holding when I was living there back in the late 70s. Doubt it's changed much politically. Damn shame. Pretty nice place otherwise.

The Navy and Marines have a huge presence in San Diego. It's always been full of swabby's and jar heads.
