The DOJ has to submit a sworn statement by 10am today from someone directly involved in cabinet level discussions re: whether they're going to claim state secret privilege. Then they have to decide by Tuesday whether to claim it and also answer his questions re: whether they defied his order.

We are not hearing anything about those 3 upcoming house seat elections (Fla, NY) which probably indicates they are dead in the water and some level of fuckery is going on.
