OT: American Politics

CNN is reporting that SCOTUS' ruling is sorta wishy washy on the "facilitate" part - there is no noted deadline and they're pushing it back to the lower courts.
 
Certainly seemed that way to me - just noting CNN's legal experts' interpretation was that it was "mushy" I think their word was.

(Most of the BlueSky SCOTUS geeks seem to think it's generally pretty good)

I can’t say when the crash will happen (it’s for paid subscribers only and also, I have no idea) but it will be spectacular.

None of the charts and sentiment indicators will work because this self inflicted economic harm hasn’t been seen in the modern era.

It’ll be so bad, I think the markets will be closed for a week

yeah i'm trying to think of a reason the big boys would keep their money in US assets and it's really fucking tough.
