it’s a major problem that they can repeatedly tell people they are doing the exact opposite of what they’re actually doing over and over and over and 40% of the country doesn’t believe it’s happening.
We’re fighting against anti-semitism (while embracing Nazi saluting holocaust deniers)
We support farmers (while gutting agricultural research funding)
We’re for Law and Order (while cozying up to fraudsters and sexual predators)
We’re tough on fentanyl (while pardoning fentanyl dealers)
etc etc etc.
