there's 3 people straight ahead of the cop (up against the wall) when he pulls his gun out, and the person in the middle stumbles twice while they are running away, so it's likely to be that person.

That was my first thought too, but I don't think those are police. Just private security guards or other federal employees (TSA maybe), and they don't look to be wearing armor. None of them reach for weapons, they just evacuate immediately.

I could 100% be wrong here, but after watching it a half dozen times, there are two fairly distinct groups in the frame. Uniformed police wearing body armor + a guy in a suit that I assume is secret service. All of them, including a late comer to the party respond with weapons drawn and move towards the suspect (joined by 3 more secret service through the brown doors at the end of the clip). There's a second group though including the 3 by the wall, and another in the far left of the frame that look like they're wearing a different type of uniform and they all react similarly to gun shots...they get the fuck out.

After a quick search, yeah it's almost definitely a TSA uniform:

TSA agents are unarmed, so it would make sense for them to gtfo.
