The responses to Graham's death are why the DEM establishment need to go. You can't claim the GOP is a threat to democracy, a threat to American lives but when one of them dies put out how great they are, how they loved America, how they made America better etc..

Graham was on board for the entire anti democracy, anti immigrant, anti trans, pro war, pro corruption, pro billionaire Trump agenda. The world is a better place with him gone and the DEMs should make this clear.

Carney’s fawning statement on Graham was pretty gross too.

While I get it was part of the larger game he’s playing with the US at the moment, an American senator croaking of natural causes does not rise to the level of something that our head of government needs to weigh in on. Just keeping silent would have been better.

Ya, Carney's actions and words don't typically line-up. He continues to say nice things about Trump, about some of the GOP leaders while he negotiates deals that move Canada away from it's dependence on the US. He probably should've said nothing, but he's trying to maintain some type of working relationship with the US while he works behind the scenes with other global markets.
