I guess the other bright side is that Biden’s one, stupid “you ain’t black” joke has been knocked off the front pages.

Not to mention that the point Biden tried to make, poorly, is being underlined again.

How so? We’ve had Democratic and Republican administrations since 1968, and a black President, and the way some police officers interact with visible minorities remains a huge problem. And Minneapolis has a very liberal Mayor, to boot. Voting for Biden is not going to have any effect, either way, regarding the problem.

One side at least pretends to care about that and the other publicly tells police to be rougher when they arrest someone so the answer should be obvious.

I think it’s on each police department to weed out the bad apples and implement a culture that doesn’t put up with this type of stuff. Doesn’t matter who’s the President.
