Hannity isn't in any trouble. He'll obviously refuse to voluntarily appear (would be a career ender). Then he'll ignore the subpoena and by the time there is any enforcement action, the R's will probably have retaken the house and terminated the committee. Meanwhile he gets to rant about the fascist liberal gestapo big brother committee in prime time.
