He did list some cases she ruled on where she gave a sex offender lower than the federal sentencing recommendation, I’m just not sure how helpful that is taken completely out of context.

Also think this effort to go through the record with a fine tooth comb is blatantly because she’s a black woman nominated by biden. But as you say, different standards.
