Has to be a way to de-program these people on a larger scale.
They have 4 huge theme parks and two water parks. It’s not small beans. Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios as well as the Magic Kingdom. Typhoon Lagoon and another water park. Do you have any idea the scale of employment that would be lost? Food services. Hospitality. Sanitation. Running the rides. Shows. It’s a lot. They aren't the only theme park in the state and their impact is likely overblown because they got so many concessions when Disney World was planned out that the state probably doesn't get much out of the deal. The deal Disney negotiated with Florida is a lot like how pro sports stadiums get built: the costs and debts are held publicly while the profits are held privately.
Not to mention keeping micky and Minnie employed and fed. They have 4 huge theme parks and two water parks. It’s not small beans. Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios as well as the Magic Kingdom. Honestly, it was a mickey mouse operation. The last time wehave was there they had one rollercoaster and three employees.
I hear they abuse the buffets. Not to mention keeping micky and Minnie employed and fed.
that's Quaint and a Naïve Point of view..But small government free market deregulation lower corporate taxes capitalist conservatives and whatnot.
This is not normal. \It's either you are with us or We'll DESTROY you
a political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition
One common definition of the term, frequently cited by reliable sources as a standard definition, is that of historian Stanley G. Payne.[26]
Payne's definition of fascism focuses on three concepts:
- "Fascist negations" – anti-liberalism, anti-communism, and anti-conservatism.
- "Fascist goals" – the creation of a nationalist dictatorship to regulate economic structure and to transform social relations within a modern, self-determined culture, and the expansion of the nation into an empire.
- "Fascist style" – a political aesthetic of romantic symbolism, mass mobilization, a positive view of violence, and promotion of masculinity, youth, and charismatic authoritarian leadership.[27]
Yes but the terms of the deals Disney got to set up shop there are so tilted in their favor and means that the State doesn't make nearly as much off of them as they probably should..They have 4 huge theme parks and two water parks. It’s not small beans. Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios as well as the Magic Kingdom. Typhoon Lagoon and another water park. Do you have any idea the scale of employment that would be lost? What's hilarious is that you actually believe that Disney pays that much in taxes to anyone, or that they pay taxes at all.DIsney is likely 10x as impactful as the next biggest theme park (Universal). I think Disney brings in 70+ billion dollars to the economy. 400,000 jobs. Over 5 billion in state tax.
Your statement above is hilarious.
