Whether we like him or agree with it or not, a lot of risk was taken off today and there is good reason for a favorable market reaction. A lot of fear was based on how seemingly stubborn the orange man is. But now we know he's all talk and will fold at the drop of a hat.

Plenty of volatility ahead and tough times for many smaller corps especially. But some risk that was once baked in no longer exists.

risk is permanently up way over the baseline of a couple weeks ago tho.
