No it won't. It will only be legal because Trump served 2 non-consecutive terms. Obama served his 2 back to back.

So only Trump and Grover Cleveland, who died in 1908, would be eligible to run for a third term, should this law be changed.

I doubt the random bill about 2 non-consecutive terms will actually come out. But most likely, like everything else, they will simply just have him run, and come up with reasons why states can't reject him from the ballot, why if he wins he could serve another term, and why that's truly what the founders would have wanted.
