Looking at those close up shots, that's even worse than I expected it to be. It's a chinese submariner knock off, but a really terrible one.

Look at the knurling on the bezel and how gruesome the machining on it is:

and now compare that to a chinese submariner knockoff from Sugess that costs 240 USD.

There are a few dozen knock offs and homages in the budget end of the watch industry and I've never seen one this bad.
