This is fucking amazing. Elon got conned by the greatest con artist of all-time. And we all watched the entire show knowing he was getting conned and that this is how it would end. Pure theater.
 
What trump is doing to musk, he’s done to dozens and dozens of people. The difference is that, outside of Pence, very few of the maga zombies that voted him in, know any of those dozens and dozens of people. This one, is extremely public, there is massive history behind this event that the majority of the maga zombies have been following largely in part because trump put musk front and center of so much… this was a very insanely massive public marriage that everyone followed.. that’s why this breakup is going to be so epic..

It’s going to be a weird mixture of sympathy for musk and enjoyment for what he’s going to go through.
 
He’s probably right that he was a significant factor in Trump winning.

The Trump campaign outsourced most of its on the ground campaigning/canvassing operations to Elon’s America PAC in swing states.
91% of the contributions to the PAC were from Elon.
He offered $100 to swing state voters who signed petitions with the claim they’d have a chance at a 1m dollar cheque each day.
He manipulated Twitter to amplify disinformation and right wing bullshit, increase visibility of his political posts and of blue check mark users.

And yeah, I still find it pretty damn suspicious that he apparently had a team full of hackers ready to go for DOGE, who whistle blowers would later allege allowed access of Russian IP addresses to government data via Starlink after we know the GRU did successfully access voting machines in 2016.
