OT: Coronavirus Resources - and other things to not worry about

I’d rather it fix type one diabetes

My daughter was diagnosed when she was 11 years old and we certainly know the toll it can take on the body. Although there have been tremendous advances in insulin delivery, control can still be hit and miss. Something like this would be a great advancement.

My daughter will be pleased. Getting this as a young adult has been fucking devastating.
Look into CGM's and DIY Looping, ie open source automated insulin delivery systems. I have been Looping since 2017, and it has greatly reduced the anxiety of having Type 1.

There has been some warning signs for the first time that there may be some human transmission. Long story short, there's been one particular mutation that is notorious and necessary for human transmission. And uhhh this one would make covid seem like childs play in terms of severity.
